Integrated quality management system

The company’s management has adopted a strategic decision to systematically manage the company in order to improve operations on a permanent basis. The integrated quality management system is nowadays an inevitable precondition that safeguards the long-term ability to compete.
The IS-LOM s.r.o. Maglovec company ranks among the first quarries in Slovakia that had their integrated quality management system certified by an independent professional institution.

We implemented and obtained a certificate for the quality management system under STN ISO 9001 already in 2001. The certificate confirming our compliance with the process under ISO 90001:2005 was granted to our company in the year 2005. The system is regularly audited by a certifying company.
Quality improvement represents a permanent process that ensures client satisfaction and satisfaction of all involved parties, increases the productivity of labour, provides a clear definition of responsibilities and also, last but not least, contributes to an increase in the quality of products.
