Cooperation with higher education institutions and universities

Our cooperation with Slovak technical universities and colleges focuses on several fields. We have been developing intensive contacts mainly with the Faculty of Civil Engineering and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Slovak Technical University in Košice, the Technical university in Bratislava, and with the Department of Highway Engineering of Žilina University. The director general of our company, Mr Jaroslav Jarábek, is a member of the Board of Managers and an honorary member  of the Academic Council of the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Košice where he actively contributes, by his knowledge and experience, to the improvement of the professional approach towards the education of young technicians.

Already from their third year in university, we provide students with an opportunity to gain practical experience through a short-term employment contract, which increases their chances of getting a job offering interesting prospects.

Students in the last year may prepare their thesis or inceptor’s work in cooperation with our company, obtaining qualified assistance and consultancy from our managers and experienced workers. And vice versa, our company has a chance to select and win capable and talented graduates for whom we have another quality program of on-the-job training after they sign a contract with us.
