Cooperation with secondary schools

Professional presentations and visits of students to our offices and sites are a popular form of cooperation. Directly on the site our future colleagues have an opportunity to acquaint themselves with modern machinery and see the actual conditions and life on the site or in a plant. Search for young professionals already during their studies in secondary school is extremely important for any company that wants to use the most up-to-date technologies. 
The requirements associated with expert professions are increasing and employers must ensure interesting conditions to win and keep capable and loyal employees. We closely cooperate with the Secondary Professional School of Construction, the Railways Training Institution in Košice, the Secondary Industrial School of Construction, and the Secondary Industrial School of Transport in Košice in preparation of young people for their professions.
The Inžinierske stavby, a. s. company, as a sponsor and organizer, supports various contests prepared by training schools  targeted at safety at work. We care about young boys and girls knowing and understanding the importance of the measures adopted to protect their health at work.
